Today I will be explaining the reason why we painted the kitchen, the challenges, and why it was succesful.
The reason why we painted our kitchen was because the old paint had bits of food, grease, and dirt. The walls had also turned a little yellow because of old age. My family and I decided to repaint the whole kitchen white.
There were some challenges to doing this, like how much time it took, choosing a day where we could all pitch in, how messy it was, and what kind of paint to use. We combated these problems with a little bit of determination and zeal. We knew that this project would take some time so we decided to paint our kitchen on a Saturday so we didn’t have to worry about our individual schedules. Painting is a very messy task, so we found some plastic sheets that we could put on the ground. We wanted a paint that would withstand time, so we decided on a semigloss that wasn’t too glossy but easy to clean.
It was successful because we knew we had to get this project done. We solved all the problems that came our way quickly, and all of my family did their part well.
Being determined, helpful, and creative can really give you the potential to do great things.
