This week in history I enjoyed learning about Africa and Egypt.
First of all, Africa is where Egypt is located. The Egyptians were famous for beautiful art, hieroglyphics, pyramids, gold, jewelry metals and statues. they also did sacrificial rituals which I do not like, and buried their kings in big tombs. They also had animals which helped them with all the farming they did. Their farms were watered by the Nile River.
Next, the Egyptians were especially famous for their pyramid tombs. Egyptians had a lot of gold that they buried with their mummified kings. When they buried their kings the pulled their vital organs out through their nose to deep the body more intact for mummification. I love learning about the ancient Egyptian culture and history
